I placed an order for 23 drinks that were all boxed up upon my arrival for pickup. Unfortunately, there were no straws included, making it challenging to enjoy the smoothies. Upon returning the box as instructed, I was informed they hadn't included any straws. Additionally, when I ordered my own drink, the girl preparing it didn't mix it properly, leading to a poor taste. Despite questioning the ingredients, I was not offered a new drink. I later received a replacement made by a different employee, which was much better. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the price of each drink exceeding $9.
