Dear Sir/Madam,
I am D Mahesh Babu and I purchased a Blue Star 1.5 Ton A C in May [redacted] from Vijaya Sales in Vizag. Initially, the AC worked well for about a month. However, after 45 days, it stopped cooling. Upon raising a concern through the Blue Star App, technicians identified a gas leakage issue which was temporarily fixed by one technician but the problem recurred after a month.
On July 24th, technicians visited again and diagnosed the same gas leakage problem asking to contact the head office for a solution. Despite contacting the local dealer, Sharif at [redacted], and Blue Star Vizag TM Vamshi, there has been no resolution or response since the conversation on July 26th.
Even after reaching out to the Vijaya Sales Executive, there has been no concrete solution or timeline provided for fixing the issue that has persisted for over a week.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and service from Blue Star, and I would not recommend their ACs due to this experience.

Upon contacting Blue Star, they sent technicians who identified a gas leakage issue. After a temporary fix, the problem recurred after a month.
I lodged a complaint on July 24th. Technicians visited on July 26th, again diagnosing a gas leak. They suggested contacting the head office. I reached out to the local dealer Sharif who escalated the issue to Blue Star Vizag TM Vamshi. Despite promises to help within two days, no updates were provided.
I then spoke to the Vijaya Sales executive who assured resolution within a week. However, from June 26th to July 4th, no solution has been offered. The lack of response and service has left me disappointed with Blue Star. I caution others against choosing Blue Star AC units due to this unsatisfactory experience.
