Bling King Ltd Customer Service Issues

Hello, I purchased two pieces of jewelry from this company but found them unsatisfactory and decided to return them. I sent the items back to the address listed on the original packaging using tracked postage. However, the company claims I sent the items to the warehouse instead of back to them. They mentioned providing an alternate address, but after reviewing all their emails, I have not been given any address other than the one on the packaging.
