To access the ClassPass Help Center, select the "Support" link from the profile menu.
Open the ClassPass app and in the lower right corner click "Profile." Click "Settings" and under Support, click "Contact Us." From there a chatbot will pop up where you can explain your issue and get assistance.

Get back into your ClassPass account
This video explains how to contact customer support if you've forgotten your ClassPass login, or if your account is locked or has been hacked. You can still reach support without access to your account.
Go to ClassPass.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Support click "Contact Us." From there a chatbot will pop up where you can explain that you can no longer access your account and they will help verify your identity to help you gain access again.
