I am not receiving any current emails for last two days

If you're not receiving emails, check your spam folder, and ensure your inbox isn't full. Verify that your email filters and forwarding settings aren't redirecting or deleting incoming emails. Make sure your internet connection is stable. If you're using an email client, confirm that it's configured correctly with proper server settings. You might also want to log out of your account and log back in or try accessing Gmail from a different browser or device.

When I try to log into my Gmail account, I get a message saying my phone number has been used too many times for verification.

If you receive a message indicating that your phone number has been used too many times for verification, it means you've exceeded the limit for phone verification requests. To resolve this, try waiting for a period before attempting again. In the meantime, you may consider using an alternative recovery method, such as your recovery email. This will help you regain access without relying solely on your phone number.
