Find the contact details for your country and contact them directly regarding a missed flight or missed connection. If you have a travel agent, get in touch with them if you missed your flight.

Raise a Case

Click 'Raise a New Case'. You need to have your personal details, including your booking reference number, to start a new case with British Airways.

Note: Raise a case only if you booked your flight directly with British Airways. If you booked the flight via a 3rd party (website or through a travel agent), contact them directly regarding your missed flight. Depending on your fare type or other services purchased, it may be possible to rebook a flight if you missed a connecting flight.
