Check your email for the OTP password sent by Agoda. You may also sign in with a password if you have one. Using an OTP is a faster option, though.
You can find the booking ID of all trips booked via Agoda, including completed and cancelled Trips. If you need the booking ID for an upcoming trip, go to the Upcoming trips tab and look for the booking.
The booking ID is located on top of the accommodation you just booked with Agoda, and it is labelled as "ID. You can use the booking ID to manage your Agoda reservation or to take advantage of Agoda's Best Price Guarantee.
Agoda also sends a booking confirmation email to the registered email address. You can also find the booking ID in this email. The email subject is "Booking confirmation with Agoda," along with a booking ID. You can check the email subject to get the ID, or open the email to view all the details of your reservation.
You can tap Manage My Booking to modify, cancel, or postpone your booking. However, refunds for a canceled booking depend on the property's or hotel's cancellation policy.
You can also check the booking ID of your Agoda reservation via the app. Just open the app and go to My Trips. You can see the Upcoming, Completed, and Canceled bookings there. Just like on the website, look for a set of numbers labeled "ID," or tap the booking to see the booking ID.
For completed bookings, you can also review your stay or book the same property. To do this, proceed to the next step.
Do you want to make another reservation with the same property you booked via Agoda? Simply tap on the booking to either review your stay or book it again. Tap "Book Again" to make another reservation. Then, choose the dates on the next page and complete your new reservation with Agoda. You will receive another confirmation email along with the booking ID, which you can also see on the Upcoming tab under My Trips.
If you accidentally deleted the confirmation email from Agoda and can't access your account, go to the Sign In page and tap on Other Ways to Sign In to Agoda. Click Forgot Password, then follow the prompts to reset your password. If you have a phone number registered to your account, use the phone number option so Agoda can call you.
